RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation

Returns
We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Delivery dates are determined by the carrier tracking information.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned along with proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at support@ovouria.com. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged Items
Any claim regarding damaged items must be reported within 10 days of delivery and must include photo evidence. Without photo evidence, resolution of the claim will be at our sole discretion.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Return Shipping Costs

Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Ovouria is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, misplaced, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Risk of Loss
All purchases from Ovouria are made pursuant to a shipment contract.
Responsibility for a package transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Ovouria is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that show a delivered status through carrier tracking.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse reactions that may occur after use of our products. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before purchase.
Reshipment orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Protection
Shipping Protection fees are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
Shipping Protection applies only to packages that are lost or damaged while in transit. Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.
